My name is Emmi Bevensee. I value empathy and freedom. I focus on disrupting the pathways of hate and mis/disinformation through data science analysis of complex online ecosystems.

I was a Mozilla Open Web fellow and PhD student at the University of Arizona in the iSchool studying machine learning. Now I am an Edmund Hilary fellow who co-founded SMAT.
